Sorry it’s been a while since our news feed has been updated we’ve had an extremely busy start to the year, despite the double dip recession! We also encountered an issue with the latest version of Internet Explorer which prevented us from updating the news feed. Hopefully this is now all sorted and the new install updates will start appearing as and when time allows.
The busy start to the year has been greatly helped by the dry winter. Even though it got mightily cold from time to time, we were able to wrap up warm and carry on regardless. We were busy installing automated metal gates and automated wooden gates in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, and Kent to name just a few locations that we’ve been travelling to.
As usual we have been looking at ways to improve our service from the initial quoting procedure to the after care. We recently employed an Office Manager to help keep the installations organised and to aid in the ever increasing paperwork;
Jo Boardman joins us on a part time basis after taking time out to raise a child. Her previous employment was with a medium-large sized Architects and Surveyors firm in London. She spent 8 years at the firm working up from Receptionist to Office Manager. She has outstanding organisational skills and has helped bring some of the practices from her old firm to H.B. Paynter Gates Ltd. Jo has been taking on numerous roles at the company including updating the customer records to arranging the aftercare servicing and maintenance of automated gates.
Hopefully the good start to the year will continue despite the very wet April. Roll on the summer!
